Bringing quality, educational shows to your school can be an overwhelming task for the new PTA or PTO assembly coordinator. Many companies and individual presenters require a deposit, sometimes up to 50% of the fee. This means getting two checks written - more work for your treasurer. They have contracts that are filled with small print and make excessive demands for the performance area.They add travel fees using complex formulas that require you to be a master of map reading.
